休日ランチに伺いました。
この内容で1500円は激安やと思います。
まずサービス。
ボスらしき人が店全体を上手く仕切っていました。
オープンキッチンで料理しながら、店内の全ての客の皿の状況を把握して、他の店員をコントロールして、良いタイミングで料理をサーブしたり水を注ぎ足したりしてました。
店員さん、みんな若目。
なのにこのレベルの料理を出せるという事に驚きました。
ボスらしき人が店員に料理を教えながら働いてました。
しかも明るい良い雰囲気を作ってる。
ボス凄すぎます。
女性店員が2人居ました。
1人はキビキビ動くけれども愛情の足りない塩対応。
もう1人はノロノロしてるけど愛情たっぷりな感じの人。
2人とも良い感じだったんですが、あと一歩って感じでした。
次に料理。
サラダ、前菜、メイン（ピザorパスタ）、コーヒー、デザートというコース。
サラダには、オレンジ色の大根などなど、拘りの変わった野菜が使われて居ました。
前菜は8種類くらいの一口おかずが皿に並べられてました。
甘いセロリを使った料理が美味しかったです。
あとイタリア卵を使ったキッシュっぽいものも美味しかったです。
メインは、チーズ無しのピザを頂きました。
ピザはお店の石窯で焼いてました。
焼くところを観察して初めて知ったんですが、すぐ焼きあがるものなんですね。
だから焼き手の腕次第で出来栄えが全然変わりますね。
比較的薄めのピザで、なかなか好みに合いました。
もう少し耳まで薄さを追求したものの方が好みなんですが、十分良かったですね。
トマト嫌いのチーズ好きの人も、美味しいーって貪りついてました。
コーヒーは、しっかり目に焙煎した豆で作っており、美味しかったです。
デザートは普通に美味しいって感じでした。
最後に食器。
大好きなタイプの食器でした。
特にフォーク！
先端が丸みを帯びており、パスタを頂く時も全く嫌な音がしませんでした。
料理が美味しくても、他の客の嫌な音が耳についたら直ぐに退店したり、二度と訪店しない事が良くあるんですが、ここのお店はそういう心配が無さそうでした。（まぁ食事マナーの悪い金の無さそうな人はまず訪店しないでしょうが）
フォークとナイフを置くやつも可愛らしかったですし、コーヒーカップも高い物を使って居ましたし、なかなか気分が良かったです。
