初めての訪問です。相棒に予約してもらいました。角に立地しているお店で、入口がわからず裏口みたいな出入り口から入ってしまったww
席に案内され、メニューを見ます。初めてだったので、色々な料理方法で頼んでみました。
▪️砂肝のコンフィ @600
こんなに柔らかい砂肝初めてです。新しい発見です。付け合わせにサラダ付きです。
▪️アオリイカとナメコのマリネ @800
アオリイカ新鮮ですね。歯応え◯です。バジルソースとよく合います。
▪️ニジマスのカレーチーズフライ @600
揚げたてをいただきました。コスパいいですね。
▪️豚肩ロースの鉄板焼き @1300
コレは注文すべきメニューです。ボリューム、、肉の味、ソース、どれをとっても素晴らしい。注文して正解でした。
▪️雲丹とカラスミのパスタ @1500
濃厚なソースでいただきました。とでも美味しいです。カラスミいいですね。
綱島でいいお店発見。
