赤いチキンはお腹に来る…
無性にインドカレーとナンが食べたくなって…
インドカレー屋さんならアチコチあるが、せっかくなら Go to eat が使える店にしようと思い此方のお店に決定。
ルーの種類は多い方が良いよなと思ったのと、記憶の限りカレー＆ナンしか過去に食べたことないなと思いチキンも付いているメンズセットを注文。
カレー＆ナンは無難に美味しかったが期待を裏切られたと感じたのはチキン。見た目メチャクチャ辛そうな色してるのに全然辛くない。辛い物好きとして残念…
ところがどっこい！ 食べてる時は何も感じなかったのだが時間差で数時間後お腹が…汗
どうやら味覚に刺激は無くても内臓には響く辛さだったようだ…汗

今日はランチは約10ヶ月ぶりにインドカレー屋「サガルマータ」さんへ。
インドカレーを食べる時はどうせなら複数種のルーを楽しみたいという派なのだが、こちらの２種以上のカレーには備え付けでカバブやチキン等が付いてくる。このお肉達が曲者で後からお腹に響いてくる辛さの持ち主のため今回は遠慮させていただく（前回はけっこう苦しまされたものだww）
そんな訳で注文は１番シンプルなセット。ルーはマトンカレーの激辛でお願いした。
注文して間もなくメインを除いたセットの到着、ドリンクのラッシーとミニサラダと謎の白濁スープ。前回来た時はこんなの出されたかな？ 全く記憶に無い… 他のインドカレー屋さんでもこのような白いスープは飲んだことないような気がする… とりあえず飲んでみないことには始まらない思い恐る恐る１口… うん、なんか豚骨っぽいような動物性のスープだ。口当たりは重いんだけれどまったりしてて飲みやすい的な… ただインドって確か豚さんは宗教上の問題で食べないよな、すると鶏？ 中華の鶏ガラスープとは全然系統が違うけれど… でも味は意外と美味しい。
そんなこんなでスープを堪能しているとメインのカレー&ナンの到着。こちらのお店ではナンの他にポテチっぽい激薄焼き料理も出てくる、これがあっさり塩加減で美味なのだ。さっきのスープもそうだけれど、こういう所で差別化を図っているのかな？
あ、カレーとナンは安定に旨しである。
