初来店。この日はパテカンが食べたくてコチラのお店をチョイスしました。
まず、、こちらのお店のパテカンですがミンチ具合は粗めでもしっとりでもなく中間。
脂少なめは私の好み。肝心のお味ですが薄い、、、
レバーの臭みは無い。けどレバー等有のクセもない。ハーブや胡椒が効いてる訳でもなく。何となくボンヤリしたお味でした。ちなみにこちらのお店は粒マスタードでした。
ガッツリワインを飲む！というよりも、しっかりお食事してワインを少し、、、ランチ使いが向いているのかと思いました。
ワインメニューもそこまで豊富ではなく（これはわたしが好きな味のワインが少なかったので完全に好みの問題です。）
色々なモノをつまみながらゆったりとワインを飲むのが好きな私達にはちょっと不向きでした。
