すっかり春メニューになっていたのでお邪魔しました。一口のお楽しみをいただくとホッとします。これから美味しいものを食べると気合が入ります。オードブルはサワラの白みそ焼きにグリンピースのムースが添えられていました。ソースに苺を使っているとのことで色彩のコントラストが美しいです。アントレはグリーンアスパラガスに素揚げした桜エビがたくさん乗っかっています。香ばしく食が進みました。メインは迷って鴨胸肉のローストを選択しました。お肉がしっとりジューシーでした。付け合わせの野菜もとても好みでした美味しかったです。また近いうちにお邪魔したいです。
