お昼に予約の上来訪。ランチコース。アミューズに前菜2種、メインにデザート、コーヒーまでついて、4000円はコスパとしては抜群。鴨はプラス600円でした。一つひとつ丁寧に作られていて、味わいの組み立てが素晴らしいといつも感じ入ってしまいます。カンパチとじゃがいものパンケーキの組み合わせも絶妙でした。牡蠣の洋風茶碗蒸しはぷりぷりの牡蠣とトリュフの香り、カリフラワーを卵がまとめていました。鴨はそのもの絶品ですが周りのピスタチオとマッシュルームのソースが深みと広がりを加えていました。この時期は一人か家族などいつも一緒の方と来店を。テイクアウトもあります。
