綱島はラーメン屋ばかりになったが、閉店していくラーメン屋も多い。最近では、野郎ラーメンが閉店した。
ラーメンばかり食べていると、舌が「デブ味覚」となってしまい、味覚が鈍化し、肥満を招くと、あるテレビの番組で言っていた。成人病になって痛い思いをしたくない私はラーメン屋を避け、焼鳥屋へと向かった。
先日、末吉とブルックリンスタンドへ行った際に見つけた店だ。
お通し 250円(外税・以下同じ)
しょうがが入っているサラダ?お新香?よくわからないが、うまくはない。
名物麦味噌もつ煮込み 490円
煮込み方が足りないのかモツが硬い。スープ甘い。
トロ旨のシロ 150円
食感が紙に近い。タレが濃いめ。
名物生つくねタレ 180円
なぜ名物なのかわからない。普通のつくね。
ひなトロ 250円
ネーミングから軟らかいのかと思ったら硬い。
皮タレ 150円
最後に出てきたシジミのスープが一番おいしかった。
カリカリ。素人のアルバイトがやってるのか、焼き過ぎて焦げている。鶏皮の旨味が素っ飛んでる。
