以前から前を通る度に気になっていた。駅でちょっとだけ時間調整が必要になり、サク飲みに立ち寄った。開店直後の5時だったので誰も先客いなかった。席に着いたらまずお通しが出てきた。千切りキャベツの上にベビースターラーメンとお茶漬けの素が乗っかってる。かけすぎると塩っぱくなるので気をつけて下さいだって。なかなか面白い。焼き鳥をちょっとだけ食べようと思って一本から頼めますか？って聞いたら、当店は串焼きコースを頼んでもらうことになってますとのことだった。そんなにいらなかったのだか仕方なく一番本数の少ない4本コース780円にオリオンビールをお願いした。おまかせなのだが好き嫌いは考慮してくれるのは有難い。皮が苦手なので皮は外してもらった。一本目にお店名物の賞味期限59秒生つくねが砂時計と一緒に出てきた。砂が落ちきる前に食べて下さーい。理屈は分かるのだがもっとゆっくり食べさせてが本音。その後ハツ、つなぎ、最後にササミ。サク飲みとしてはちょうどよかった。焼き鳥も美味しかった。気になってたお店は期待通りで悪くなかった。次は腰を落ち着かせて飲みたい。

砂時計と一緒に出てきて落ち切るまでに食べるように言われる。軟骨が入っててコリコリの極上つくね。59秒と言わずゆっくり食べさせてー
それ以外の串焼きもどれも美味しい。最後に出てくる親子丼がまた美味い。常に満席で人気があるのも頷ける。
