前から行きたかった綱島駅からすぐの焼き鳥屋さん
金曜日の夜ということもあり予約をして行きました
人気店で店内はずっと満席状態。予約して良かったです。
まずは生ビール。
お料理は、焼き鳥串4本コースを注文。
「賞味期限59秒の生捏ね」は、私が今まで食べたつくねの中で1番の美味しさでした！
他には正肉、なんこつ付きぽんじり、皮。
単品で白レバーなども注文しました。
お通しはキャベツの千切りにベビースターラーメンとお茶漬けのもとを混ぜ合わせる変わり種
でも、なかなかくせになるお味でした。
鶏皮みぞれ酢やポテサラ、卵黄のせ焼きおにぎりなど色々と頼みましたがどれもとても美味しく
大満足でした。
店員さんも皆さんとても気持ちの良い接客で
楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
是非また伺いたいお店です。
