Visited around 12:30 on Sunday. Just past Hamagin Street, turn left and it will be on your left. The inside is larger than I expected, with a capacity of about 40 people. About 70% full. Take a seat at the counter. From the pasta set, I chose pasta with perilla leaves, spring shiitake mushrooms, and shrimp (1,870 yen). The salad has a refreshing vegetable and onion-based dressing. Next, isn't the carrot potage a pumpkin in terms of color? It's yellow in color, but it has a strong carrot aftertaste, is creamy, and is held together by olive oil and pepper. The pasta was firm al dente and had a mild taste without strong garlic or salt taste. As a result, the shiso leaves, spring shiitake mushrooms, and shrimp are clearly on the front. I was able to watch the cooking process from behind the counter, and the shiitake mushrooms were thoroughly sautéed in butter and then the shrimp were added, so I thought it could be served as a dish on its own. After the meal, we had milk tea pudding and iced peach tea, and it was a relaxing lunch time. The handsome guys in the kitchen were efficient, and the floor staff provided perfect service, such as adding water and hanging things. It has the intimacy of Italian Cuisine in the city, but the interior is not too light, so I felt it could be used for events such as birthdays. I would also like to enjoy it in the evening with a glass of wine. Thank you for the meal.
