馬刺しうまいし
厳選馬刺の5点盛り1,780円。珍しい部位がそろっているため、この価格はしかたないが、実は質の良い赤味を提供することがいちばん難しいのではないのか？
すじこおろし380円。北海道のすじこってこんなにうまくないのか？昔、北海道出身の作家、渡辺淳一のエッセイを読んでいたら、北海道から東京に出てきてイクラのまずさにびっくりしたみたいな話が書いてあったのを思い出し、「北海道の筋子だからさぞかしおいしいのだろう」と思って食べたら、これなのでこっちがびっくりした。
出汁巻き玉子580円。「優しい味に仕上げてる」とのことだったが、酒場放浪記の吉田類氏は、美味しくないときは、「優しいお味ですね」と表現している、という話を思い出した。
日本酒は珍しものを揃えていた。夏ヤゴ・ブルー（神奈川県海老名）500円は、やや酸味と苦みがあると感じた。一白水成（秋田）500円は、忘れた。
今回の★の評価は、店全体の評価というよりも、馬肉の評価に他ならない。馬刺しを売りにするのなら、もう少し考えてもらいたい。冬にもつ鍋のほうを期待したい。
P.S. あとでレシートを見たら更にびっくりすることが書いてあった。何と「席料」が300円で、しかも、「外税8%」だった。ただ、端数を嫌うらしく、「サービス -\4」となっていたのは、感謝感激。

Antonio, I'm not looking for salt-grilled swordfish and wander around Mt. Okura. Many stores are closed, probably because it's a public holiday. Amane behind Maruetsu was open for business. No salt-grilled saury. Since I went in, I decided to have a drink and then leave. Bottled beer 800 yen Super dry medium bottle. That's expensive. Rice bran pickles 430 yen Cucumbers and carrots. Salt-boiled asparagus 650 yen Ok, but expensive. There wasn't much on the menu that I wanted to eat, and I couldn't find anything that made me want to drink sake. The clerk had changed. Only 2 male clerks. It's completely different from the Instagram photo.
