赤酢を使った「赤シャリ」を食べてみたい
約100円系よりちょっと上のお寿司屋さんもいいな
ということでこちらへ
赤シャリは見て明らかに分かる
ほんのりお醤油で染めたような色
高級感漂っています
けどなぜだか 思ったより…
期待が大きすぎたのよ
お酢の味は まろやかではあるのだけど
なんていうかお米自体がもっちりしていなくて私の好みとは違ったのか
そもそもシャリはもちもちよりもさらっとしたお米が適しているのだろうから
これが正しいのだと思うのだけれど
あと 私は甘めが好きなので
そこも好みと違った点かも
シャリに関してはそんなところ
ネタは美味しかった
値段なりに立派な感じ
特に美味しかったのは いくら
粒の大きさとねっとり感が最高！
いくらは着席時に店員さんが進めてくれたの
