こんな世の中、おちおち、まったりとしてる場合じゃないってことなのか。大倉山のエルム街商店街で開いてる店は、駅前のケンタとか、ドトールくらい以外、ここくらいしかないのでは、って感じだったりしつつの。
ちょこっと立ち寄ってみての、カウンター席手前に取り付き。生ビールを、まずは、一杯。
ちなみに、いまは、突き出しというか、チャームは供されないシステムだったみたいで。
生ビールは、サッポロの黒ラベル。
ジョッキは氷温にて供される。
ツマミがてら、ツナ・ポテト・サラダ。
その場で、ピザ窯で炙ってくれたメルバ・トーストも添えられる。
ホット・サンド風にて、そのカリカリのメルバ・トーストにのっけて食すべく。
ぼちぼち生ビールが空いてからの、ふたつめに。
フローズン・レモン・サワー。
上に、レモンのグラニテが載せられてて。レモンもひとかけ。
レモンの苦みが効いてて。ベースは、甲種焼酎っておっしゃってたけど。
お伺いした折にはお願いしなかったけど。
ピザ窯は、入口近くに設えられてたコンパクトなやつ。
でも、こう見えて、窯の中には、セラミックみたいのが敷いてるらしくて、それなりに本格的な窯焼きピザが出来るということらし。
この店、会社の経営ゆえ、ピザの生地自体は、工場生産ということらし。
千円でそれなりに旨いピザが食えるのであれば、とも思ったが。ひとりで片すには、ややハードルが高いような気もして、今回は、断念。今度、機会があれば、テイクアウェイでも試してみたいとこだったかも。
この店以外には、六本木と、明大前と。あと、鶴見の店はもう閉まってるみたいだしと。
ちなみに、８ Ｐｌａｃｅ ってのは、いったい、どこのことなんだろう？
