綱島周辺で焼肉、すき焼きを運営している肉のとみいさんが新しく駅前にカフェを出しました。1階はオシャレお惣菜屋さんですが、2階はオシャレカフェそのものです。1階で和牛スジ煮込みカレー、ドリンクは瀬戸内レモネード、単品でメンチカツと和牛焼肉コロッケを注文して2階へ。
数分経ってから提供されました。和牛スジ煮込みカレーのスジの旨味が出まくっていてコクが豊かでスジの食感もあって個人的には結構好きなカレーです。メンチカツはジューシーさと玉葱の甘味があって美味しくジューシーだけど油っぽい感じはしないですね。和牛焼肉コロッケはじゃがいもの甘味とホクホクさがありながらも存在感ある味付けが良いです。
他の方もコメントしていますが2階のカフェにはソース含めて卓上には何も無いので、味変をしたい時はどうするのかな？と思いました。幸いにもソース無しで食べられましたし、もしかしたらお店としてはソース無しで食べて欲しいのかもしれませんが、何らかのアクションは欲しいかなと思います。
