Today, I went to Cafeterias, which is about a 5-minute walk from Hiyoshi Station! This store was just opened in 2023 and has a very clean feel, with wood and white as its main colors. There are 4 counter seats in the store? , there were about seven tables. I went there around 1:30pm today, and it was pretty crowded so I was able to get in right away! The standard menu item is chicken nanban. There were also daily specials, such as stewed beef tendon, grilled ginger, and other set meals and rice bowls. I was in the mood for something refreshing today, so I opted for the daily special chicken yuzu pepper miso glaze. In addition to the main dish, side dishes include sweet and sour pickled meatballs, boiled eggs, pickles, and miso soup with lots of toppings. Personally, I like that the miso soup has a lot of ingredients. The main dish, fried chicken, is very soft and juicy, and has a good seasoning, so you can eat as much rice as you want. They will also ask you about the amount of rice you want, so you can order as much as you like. The staff are friendly and kind, so even if you are alone, you can feel at ease in this restaurant. I would like to visit again!
