平日20時予約の上来訪。お店のキャパからしても、要予約と思います。テーブル3組程度と厨房を囲んでカウンターという造り。満席でした。
お通し2種、だしのすまし汁、サラダからはじまり、前菜3種類、蛤の炊いたもの、春の物の天ぷら、すっぽん焼売、蛍烏賊ととろろの煮物、鴨のローストとアラカルトを好きなだけ注文。
最初の方、注文が詰まっていて、サーブがゆっくりめだった分、色々とサービス頂きました。また、調理の手元がよく見えて楽しいし、次に頼むものの参考になりました。
この日は少し肌寒く、グツグツ系を中心にオーダーしました。季節のものはどれもおいしく、高コスパだと感じました。
最初はビールに合う感じのもの、天ぷらには白ワインを、鴨には赤ワインを合わせていきました。銘柄がたくさんあるわけではないですが、ぶどうの品種は一通り楽しめます。
個人的には、蛤、蛍烏賊、鴨が特にお気に入りでした。天ぷらや焼売も。。。
次回はタンシチューなど他の名物も頂けたらと思います。気がつけばかなり長居をしました。ごちそうさまでした。
