Instagramで偶然見つけてOPEN前から気になっていた酒場にOPEN当日目掛けて訪問。
東横線＆市営地下鉄の日吉駅、西口(慶応じゃない栄えてる側)から徒歩2分の路面店という好ロケーション！
業態は｢サンドウィッチ酒場｣という興味湧くお店。
お嬢と2名で18時頃訪問すると店内はインスタでOPEN情報をキャッチしていたお客さんが数組。
外観・内装ともにめちゃくちゃお洒落！！
久しぶりに会えた友人にお祝いしながらソファ席で早速スタート！

甘藷を時間をかけじっくり丁寧に低温で火入れして作った焼き芋からスープにしたポタージュ。
甘藷の甘みが最大限に引き出されていて、毎朝ほっこり呑みたい1品がお通し。
ロービーのなめろう、エディブルフラワーやハーブが添えられて見た目が綺麗でバゲットとの相性がとても良く、クラフトビールとの相性も◎
鯖んベールは炙った鯖とカマンベールの間に奈良漬けが挟んであり、千切りにした大葉が彩りを演出。この組み合わせ、創作力めっちゃ高い！
肉料理も1品いこうという事で牛肉の炭火焼き。
これが元八百屋的にドストライク！

これは、お店のその日の気まぐれでどんなサンドが出てくるかはお楽しみという1品。
この日は、メンチカツ＆ヒレカツのダブルサンド！
ソースとかメンチの中身とか、ネタバレになってしまうので、行ってみてのお楽しみだけど、めちゃくちゃ旨かった♬
最後はちゃんとデザート。
濃厚なティラミス、ふわっふわで、ランチでサンドウィッチと珈琲とティラミスで優雅に居たい！
店内がめちゃくちゃお洒落で店内席はソファタイプなので居心地も最高！
