菊名と新横浜を結ぶ生活道路沿いにある蕎麦屋。
店内は4人掛けテーブルが４卓のみとコンパクト。
居心地の良い昔ながらの蕎麦屋さんって感じです。
「肉南ばん」@880
バラ肉、長ネギが乗った温蕎麦。
蕎麦の色が緑がかってるのが特徴的。他の人の
ざる蕎麦も同じ色。布海苔蕎麦でも無しなあー。
大昔に流行ったクロレラを思い出しました(^^)
出汁の風味は余り感じ無いが濃くも薄くも無く
丁度良いかも。豚バラ肉な甘味が無かったのが
残念ですが、蕎麦が熱々なのが良かった。
