白楽駅から程近いところにあるバーです。オーセンティックよりな雰囲気のお店ですね。カクテルは生フルーツを使った物もあり種類が豊富でウイスキーもそれなりに種類が揃っていますね。店名通りカルバトスも多くこんなに種類が多いのは中々ですね。
フードが充実していてバー飯が好きなのでのりとワサビのクリームパスタ、ホタルイカの燻製を。お酒はカミカゼとカルバトスをストレートでお願いしました。このパスタは此方のお店の人気商品で海苔の香りとワサビのツーンと来る感じが良いですね。ワサビ単体だと辛いですがパスタに混ぜると良いアクセントになります。さっぱりしているカミカゼと合いましたし、食べ終わってから食後酒的な感じでカルバトスが合いました。
