横浜に行く用事あり、せっかくなので前から気になってたこの店を予約。ローマNo.1のカルボナーラという触れ込みゆえ、カルボナーラオタクとしては行かねばならない店だ。
ランチコースを予約。日曜日の昼なので予約で満席。予約はマストだと思う。
反町という街に降り立ったが、横浜の隣の駅とは思えない何とも言えない下町感のある街だ。赴きがあるというか、何か昭和の切なさを感じる街だ。
そんな街にこの店はある。
店はイタリアの庶民的な感じ。スタッフはチームワーク取れてる感じ。何かスタッフ間の先輩後輩の教育も見受けられたが健全な感じ。こういうの、お客さんにとってお店の印象として重要です。接客も丁寧。料理をサーブするタイミングもテーブル見ながら計っている感じ。
さて料理ですが、ランチコースを予約時にオーダーしていた。一口スープ、前菜、パスタ、メイン、ドルチェ、コーヒーとなる。
やはり特筆すべきはパスタで選んだカルボナーラ。カルボナーラオタクとしては、最高クラスのカルボナーラだと思う。日本人向けに媚びた感じのないカルボナーラだ。卵黄、ペコリーノチーズもそうだが、グアンチャーレもほぼ肉使って自家製とのこと。全体的にコッテリ且つ塩気の効いた感じでパンチが強い。コースの中のパスタ故、量は控えめだがサーブされた3倍は食える、悪魔の味だな（笑）。ローマNo.1の呼び声は伊達じゃない。
メインは豚バラ肉の煮込み。トンポーローのイタリアンという感じ。かなり柔らかく煮込まれてます。美味しい。
その他、ドルチェのプリンも美味かった。手作り感タップリの固めのプリン。兵庫出身の私にとってはモロゾフのプリンと同じカテゴリーの固めのプリンだと思う。エスプレッソと合う。
中々横浜行く機会はないが、また行きたい。
