久々に登場、気になったお店を訪問するシリーズ(^^ゞ
今回は東横線の反町駅からすぐのところにあるイタリアン、ダホーリーさんを訪問しました。こちらはローマ料理店で、特にカルボナーラがウリ。
お１人様だったにもかかわらず、お店に入ってすぐのテーブル席のエリアに案内して頂けたのは感謝ですm(__)m
白基調で落ち着きを持った店内で、ゆったりと食事をするのに相応しい空間。サービス担当者は男女１名ずつで、料理の説明も至極丁寧にしてくださいます。
注文したのは、パスタランチコース２４２０円。旬の食材を使った一口スープ、和の要素とイタリアの前菜盛り合わせ、パスタ３種類の中から１品チョイス、自家製パン、エスプレッソ又はアメリカーノといった内容。これにプラス３３０円でドルチェも付けました。対するアルコールは、ドゥーカ ディ サラバルータ ブリュット９９０円とウマニ・ロンキ カサル ディ セッラ１１００円とリブランディ チロ・ロザート１１００円を１杯ずつ。
旬の食材を使った一口スープ
秋茄子の温かいスープ。ピューレした秋茄子は鮮やかな旨さを持ち、オリーブオイルが艶やかさを加味しています。
和の要素とイタリアの前菜盛り合わせ
様々な野菜をマリネしたりサラダにしたりといった料理が中心。中でもキャベツのサラダはクミン、キャロットラペはフェンネルシード、椎茸のマリネはローズマリーを合わせていて、それぞれのスパイスやハーブとの相性も楽しめる趣向になっています。
パスタ
やはりこちらがウリにしているカルボナーラでお願いしました。因みにこの１品はプラス３３０円。全体に黒胡椒とチーズがかかっていて、これを混ぜて頂きます。ソースの卵感もとろりとコク旨で、グアンチャーレの凝縮感もテイスト上のイイ景色を作っています。
ドルチェ
カプチーノのゼリー。ほど良く濃い目のコーヒーゼリーにクリームとチョコレートパウダーを合わせてカプチーノ風に。
