中華系ランチにハマってそろそろ一段落。ここらで洋食や和食でもと思ったころに出会った店。
ここは六角橋商店街を抜けて横浜上麻生道路に出たとこにある「和洋折衷」を銘打つ居酒屋。昼はランチやってます。
店構えはモロ居酒屋なのですが、入ると街中の喫茶店風。確かに和洋折衷っぽい。２人掛けのテーブル席が６卓のやや手狭な店内ですが、二階席もあるようで。
ランチメニューも和洋折衷ですが、油淋鶏定食などもあって「和洋中折衷」ってとこですかね。ワタシの場合、こうゆう時は大和の血が和を選択させてしまいます。で、焼魚定食の文化サバをたのみました。
出てくるまでやや時間がかかりましたが、これはちゃんと焼いてるからでしょうからこの待ち時間は全然オッケーです。チェーンの居酒屋などは下拵えのを温め直すだけってところが多いですから。
で、そのサバですが、脂が乗ってて焼き加減も申し分なく美味しい。下拵えの温め直しと焼きたてとの決定的な違いはこの「脂の乗り」ですね。コレが全然違います。当然この手に欠かせない大根おろしにレモンも付いてるのですが、これらが合うのはこの脂が乗りがあるからこそとも言えます。
それと、ワタシ的に定食屋さんで出てくるサバって最近は小振りなのが当たり前と思っていたのですが、意外や意外、けっこう大振り・・・とまではいかないまでもそこそこの振りです。
更にごはんはお替り無料で、これで税込680円ですから、C/Pは高評価にならざるを得ません。
でも辺りを見回すと他の客はほとんど洋食メニュー。なので次回はそっち系かな・・・でも他の焼魚メニューも試したい。
六角橋商店街通りにもお店はたくさんありますが、そこから外れたとこも見逃せないようで。
