菊名駅からほど近い場所にある牡蠣バルです。カップルやファミリーでの利用が多そうですが、単体でお邪魔しました。メニューを見て嬉しくなったのは平日であれば生ビール付きで飲み放題があり、これは飲みたい時に最高です。
生牡蠣食べ比べ、牡蠣のアヒージョ、前菜三種盛、牡蠣リゾットを注文。生牡蠣は長崎、兵庫、岡山産でミルキーなのは兵庫でしたが身が締まって食感と後味が良かったのは長崎の牡蠣でした。オイスターソースやタバスコで味変して楽しみました。前菜三種盛はジェノバポテサラ、豚肉のパテ、カルパッチョで変化球のポテサラ、肉っぽいけど臭みがなく味付けが良いパテ、バランスの良いカルパッチョどれも良かったです。
牡蠣のアヒージョは言うまでもなく美味しく、牡蠣のリゾットは生牡蠣とは違ったタイプの牡蠣を使って旨味がしっかり出ていて〆には最高の一品。ドリンクはシナモンが効いているサングリアが美味しかったですね。店員さんの接客も良いし菊名の穴場店でした。
