店名通りからりと揚がった天ぷらはサクサクで、油の軽さもあってするすると食べられてしまう。
ここは変わりダネの天ぷらも多いのだけど、個人的にはシンプルな天ぷらの美味さが嬉しい。
開店してすぐくらいに行って変わりダネをたくさん頼んだのでそれも美味しいのは分かってる。工夫されててそれぞれ楽しい。
でもやっぱり「普通の素材がシンプルに美味しい」のは正義だと思う。ブロッコリーの天ぷらなんかは天つゆにばっちりな味わいだし、とり天のふわふわな揚げ加減は特筆もの。蓮根の火入れも良いなあ。変わりダネのうちのノーマル方面、半熟玉子や明太シソ巻きもまた絶品。
それがまた自家製レモンサワーに合うのですよ。ええ。もちろん他の酒にも合うのだろうけど。揚げ物とアルコールはヤバいっすね。
飲める人には飲み放題お勧めですが、飲みつつ食べる人は平日19時までのハッピーアワーがお勧め 自家製レモンサワーが200円はコスパ良すぎ。
酒飲みで油物好きには堪えられない良い店の一つです。
