鎌倉出張のために新横浜駅で乗換えを♪
ちょうどお昼時になったので、駅近くの『中国ラーメン揚州商人』さんにお邪魔しました(о´∀`о)
現地屋台のようなお店はメニューがメチャクチャ多く、麺も４種類から選べるとのこと♡
優柔不断な性格を悟られないように人気No.1メニューシリーズな「スーラータンメン（激辛）＋揚州エビワンタン」をお願いしました( ´∀｀)
麺に関してな完全にデブ専か小生、選べる麺は1番ふくよかな“刀切麺”でお願いした一杯が、１０分程で着丼DEATH(*´꒳`*)
一気に吸い込むと確実に“おムセさん”になる程の辛さと酸味、このギリギリで生きていたいから♪レベルに萌えるドMな性格のオサーンにはおすすめな一杯でございます♡
清水の舞台からダイヴを決め込んだ“揚州エビワンタン”はトッピングして良かったと思える逸品で、プリプリエビと鶏肉の繋ぎでアッサリといただけました( ´∀｀)
刃で切る麺＝刀切麺？それって普通かな？
なんて思いながらお願いしてみた麺はプリッと食感が心地良い縮れのある極太麺で、とっても美味しくいただけました♪
とにかくメニューも麺の組み合わせもトッピングも豊富なので、またお邪魔して色々と試してみたいと思えるお店です(*´-`)
仕事じゃなければ大好物の紹興酒に手が伸びるところでした（笑）
