再訪です。口コミは初めてとなります。最後に訪問したのは10年くらい前、友人の結婚式の0次会でしたから、かなり久々の訪問です…。
こちらは、新横浜駅正面の道路に面したビルの地階、ビルになじんだ外観のため、目立ち難いところにあります。大きな看板もないし…。
中はかなり広め、欧風調のシックな感じですが、お座敷⁉︎の個室もあります。BGMは、90年代のUSポップスだと思います。
12時ちょうどに入店、先客は4割15人くらい、最繁時は5割20人強くらいでしょうか、それほどよくない立地条件ですが、中々の繁盛です。男女比率はなんと6:4、新横浜では割合的にトップクラスの女性比率です。落ち着いた感じがいいんですかね…。
「牛100%ハンバーグ おろしポン酢（税込￥1,140）」

毎週水曜日変更の週替わりメニューのようで、5種類から選びます。ランチにはドリンクが付いており、ランチビール/ハウスワインは＋￥300ですから、中々リーズナブル。こういったドリンクサービスがあるので、女性の皆様はゆっくり会話、人気があるのかもしれません…。
外でハンバーグを食べるのは久々なので、こちらを選択。調べてみると、びっくりドンキー以来の5ヶ月振りでした…。5分もしないうちに提供され、他の料理もみな早く提供してくれます。
ハンバーグはそこそこ大きい方です。牛100%で崩れやすいので球状、箸を入れると、しっかり練り込まれた感がわかります。
食感も少し固めですが、困るほどではありません。ソースはポン酢ですが、酸っぱさ控えめ、少しテリヤキソースを混ぜているような味わいです。
いただいてみると、しっかりと牛100%であることがわかる肉々しい味です。赤身の割合がかなり多い印象、それでも肉汁はしっかり感じられます。
おろしがたっぷり乗せられていたり、ポン酢のおかげで、サッパリいただけます。罪悪感がかなり薄れるお料理で美味しかったです。
ごはんは立っており、炊き立てに近いです。コンソメスープは、軽いクミンか八角のような香りがしますが、タマネギをしっかり炒められたからかもしれません。あまり他店ではいただいたことがないような深さを感じました。
本当は合挽肉のハンバーグが好きなのですが、まとまっていたお料理でしたので、牛100%もいいなぁと感じることができました。学生の時のローカルファミレスのバイトで（1年間ほど）手伝わされたハンバーグ作りを思い出しました…。
お店の入口脇に、面白い黒板アート!?が飾られていました。「吉浜画報vol.10」とあり「NEAGEN QUEST」と名付けられており、お店の苦悩がポップに表現されていました。しゃれていますね…。
こちらは夜メインですが、少人数でランチトークするには最適なお店だと思います。
