関東出張の時に良く参考にさせてもらってる某担担麺好きの方のホームページを参考に訪問。
入り口にそのホームページで評価が最高との宣伝有り。
何か少し違和感を感じる。
店員がやる気無いのか、小生の行っている意味が解らないのか、接客とは言え無い態度。
（店員は皆若いが、注文を聞きにきた若い人。）
正宗担担麺を注文。
麺は少し太く良い感じ。麻・辣はかなり控えめ。
なぜか温泉卵が乗っている。さらにマイルドな味になった。
担担麺の専門店だろ？マイルドな味を求める客は少ないと思うが。
何かこだわりが有るのか無いのか解らない店。
せめて「辛いのが苦手」かどうか聞いてから乗せては？
まずまずの味なのにもったいない。
