この日は会社の飲み会。
新横浜駅前って5〜10人ぐらいで使い勝手いい店が少ない。
893絡みか、チェーン店が多くて、適当に選ぶとあんまり美味しくない。
まずい訳ではないんだけど、ガッカリすることは多々ある。
となると横浜だけに中華となるが、これが店が多いので決め手に欠ける。
大事なポイントは価格、量、店内の雰囲気が大事かな。
味は食べてみなきゃ分からない。
何軒かチェックしたが、なんとなく良さそうと思い、予約して訪問。
お店は大陸系の中でも、店内が綺麗でタバコ臭くないのはとても大事なこと。
円卓にキチンとエプロンがセッティングされていた。
遅れて到着したので、蒸し鶏、焼豚、青椒肉絲が先に出されていた。
エビチリ、春巻、蒸し餃子、焼売、麻婆豆腐、炒飯、フカヒレスープ、デザートという順番。
ドリンクはビール中心だったが、意外と紹興酒が美味しかった。
常温だったけど、クドくなく呑みやすかったなぁ。
