新横浜勤務があと3日なので、食べてない店にチャレンジしようと、今年駅ビルに出来たこの熟成肉ステーキハウスに来てみた。
熟成肉ステーキは、六本木のウルフギャングで1万円をドブに捨て、
これを食べずして死んではいけないのニューヨークのピータールーガーで塩の重要さを思い知らされ、
熟成肉ステーキにはさほど期待しない様になっていた。
入る前に肉の産地を聞くとアメリカ産アンガス牛だと言う。
店頭に塊肉もディスプレイされている。
私は純粋に肉だけ食べたいので、本当に肉しか頼まなかった。
頼んだのはミスジ200グラムをミディアムで。
結果は…あれ、これ、ピータールーガーと遜色無いじゃん！
ピータールーガーと同じく臭み無く、しかし味も無く、塩必須。
ステーキソースも両者とも無い方が旨い。
あっさりと食べてご馳走様。
日本の皆さん、鳴り物入りで上陸するアメリカのステーキハウスで食べなくても、ここで十分です！
なお、昼は食べたないので不明です。
夜の、それなりにお金出して食べる肉限定の評価です！
