I had a meeting at the next station, Kikuna, and decided to walk to Shin-Yokohama.I was thinking of going back to Shin-Yokohama for a quick drink, just past Ring 2, near Rozai, and as I was passing by, I found a shop that caught my attention! I stopped and thought for a while and decided to open a new business.When I looked around the store, I saw that there were 6 seats at the counter, a table for 4 people, and about 2 seats for 2 people.When I looked at the menu, I was happy to see that there was a red star in the name of the store Cow tongue Since it is called obanzai, we started with assorted obanzai and fried horse mackerel. Some people might think the seasoning was a little lacking, but this was just right for obanzai. The fried horse mackerel was served with shibazuke tartare. I ordered the Tottori Aji Fried Horse Mackerel, but there was also a regular fried horse mackerel, so I thought it would be a good idea to try it instead of just trying this one.I switched to Matsu Midori, a Japanese sake that is our standard sake, and made it into a slightly thicker ham cutlet.It looked like minced meat, but inside it was This is a ham cutlet.The batter has no flavor (?), and is eaten with sauce and mustard.Personally, I like thin triangular ham cutlets, but this one was delicious.The second glass of Japanese sake was Yuki. Kayasha The accompaniment was a side dish.As someone who likes gari, I liked the seasoning with just the right amount of vinegar.Finally, I had the top-quality grilled beef tongue, which they claim is a ``specialty.''As the menu says, it's rare. The first bite of the finished beef tongue is a bit hard at the edge, isn't it? However, from my second bite, the rare beef tongue had just the right texture and I was convinced that it could be called a specialty and the best.Although there aren't many items on the menu overall, I was satisfied with all the delicious items. Whether it's at the counter or at the table, there aren't any seasonings on the table, so I wonder if they're confident in the taste of their food...There's another restaurant listed in the same location on Tabelog, but there's a photo. Looking at it, I think they came in without leaving.The facility seems to have been around for a while, but the restrooms were clean and played Disney songs, and I could feel the attitude of this store. The top-quality beef tongue grill is quite expensive, but it was a reasonable expense considering the amount of food and drinks I ate and drank.As someone who likes private restaurants, I found a restaurant that I would like to visit again!
