昨日10/2からオープンとのことで気になって訪問。
蒲田に本店を構えている「你好」の新店舗かなと思って行ってみましたが、お店の方に聞いたらそうでした。
辛口のコメントになりますが個人の感想なのでお許しを。
30年近く前に本店のみで営業されている時に、会社の上司に連れられてちょくちょく行ってました。
ほぼ毎回、担々麺と焼き餃子を食べていましたが、とにかく美味しかった。
10年以上経って行った時は店舗も広げ大繁盛でしたが、味は変わっていました。
それからは行くことも無くなり、今回新店舗オープンと言うことで行ってみました。
担々麺は当時とは全く別物に変わっており、スープは少し温め。チャーハンは作り置きなのか、完全に冷めてました。
正直なところ、別物の店舗であって欲しかったな、と言うのが本音です。
