新横浜駅からも近く
横浜アリーナのアリーナ通り沿い
GEMS6階にありました。
平日16時半頃に行ったので
最初はかなり空いていたのですが
どんどんお客さんが増え18時過ぎにはほぼ満席！
時期的に送別会や送迎会をやっている方々も多く
とても大盛況でした！
今回はコース料理でお願いしました。
大人気モツすき焼き鍋や牛タンつくねがついた
お得なコース。
季節の食材を使用した
飲み会や宴会にピッタリなコースとの事で
早速いただきました。
★季節の前菜 砂肝ポン酢
食前にぴったり！
コリコリしていてさっぱりと食べれます。
★匠味のごぼうパリパリサラダ
ゴボウのパリパリ食感が良い！
オニオンソースがかかっていて
ピリッと味が引き締まっている感じ。
パプリカやレタスや温玉など
色んな食材が混ざり合っていて美味しいです。
ボリュームもかなりあるのでシェアにも最適です。
★お刺身5種盛り合わせ
帆立、サーモン、マグロ、エビ、カンパチ
どてもすごく柔らかい！
大葉とキュウリの上にのっていて
合わせて食べれました。
★チキン南蛮
かなりこんがりカリカリめのチキン南蛮です。
やっぱりタルタルとの相性が最強ですね。
甘めな味付けがまたアルコールにも合いそう！
★宮崎地鶏炭火焼き
こんがり炭火の地鶏
ピリッとした柚子胡椒がすごく合います！
★牛タンつくね
牛タンなので硬めなのかと思ったら
とってもホクホク柔らかくてビックリ。
美味しかったです。
★モツすき焼き鍋（1回お代わり可能）
とても甘みたっぷりで食べやすくて美味しいです。
ゴボウにジューシークリーミーなモツ
白菜やニラやオニオンチップなど
色んな具材が混ざり合って絶妙な味。
ほんのり辛さがある所もあったりで
色んな味を楽しめました！
★車海老と牡蠣の天麩羅
大きなエビ！存在感大！
お塩でさっぱりといただきます。
見た目以上にボリューム満点の一品。
★〆のちゃんぽん麺または〆の雑炊
おすすめのちゃんぽん麺をチョイス。
麺は太麺でとてももっちりしていて
お鍋の味が染み込んでいて良いお味です。
★本日の甘味
杏仁豆腐 ベリーソースがけ
なめらか杏仁
大満腹でも別腹で食べれました！
