新横浜駅近くGEMSビル6階にオープンしたこちらへ訪問。
日産スタジアムでサッカー観戦の後とかに重宝できそうです！
今回は飲み放題付きコースの5980円→4980円をいただきました。
店員さんの接客はかなり良く好印象でした。
・季節の前菜
店員さんいわくいつもは枝豆とからしいですがこの日は豚汁でした。具沢山で味付けが好みでした！
・匠味のごぼうパリパリサラダ
揚げごぼうと卵が良いアクセントでした。
レタスなどの鮮度も良く美味しかったです！
・お刺身3種盛り合わせ
3種となってますがマグロ、サーモン、カンパチ、ホタテ4種入ってました
どのお刺身も鮮度よく美味しかった。
・チキン南蛮
バカでかいお肉が4塊で食べ応えありすぎました。
肉自体がジューシーかつタレも美味しく酒が進みました！
・宮崎地鶏炭火焼き
これまた肉1つ1つが大きかったです。
炭火の味がしっかり肉に染みてて柚子胡椒との相性も抜群でした。
・牛タンつくね
珍しい牛タンつくねでコリコリ食感がたまりません。
・選べるスタンダードもつ鍋（1回お代わり可能）
【・王道の白（白味噌）・コクの黒（黒マー油）・痺れる赤（ラー油）】
野菜沢山でお肉も鮮度よくベースがあっさりめで素材の旨味を活かした味付けでした。
・〆のちゃんぽん麺
ちゃんぽんめん麺は中太麺でもつ鍋の残りスープとの相性は言わずもがなでペロリと食べれました。
・お酒
金麦、ハイボール、ジンジャーハイボール、レモンサワー、男梅サワー、紅茶ハイなどいただきました♪
料理一つ一つの量が多いだけでなくクオリティも間違いない美味しい居酒屋さんでした。
