This is my first visit. It's been about 3 months since it opened, so I was curious about it, so I decided to visit. I knew about the opening date of this place on December 19, 2023, and it was high on my "Where should I go today ♡ lunch memo", but I concentrated on the Ra Expo tour, which had many events, so this The visit has been postponed... It's been about 3 months since we opened, but unfortunately there are only 3 reviews. It's been a while since I've opened a new store in Shin-Yokohama 3-chome, so I'm a little worried... I entered the store around 12:05 and there were 8 customers ahead of me. At the busiest time, there were about 16 to 17 people, but the occupancy rate was just under 40%, so it feels a little unsatisfactory. There was also a room at the back of the store, so it was quite large for a box. This restaurant advertises itself as serving ``Japanese, Western, and Chinese'' food, but when you look at the lunch menu, it leans heavily towards Chinese food. The dinner also gave the impression of being "Japanese, Korean, and Chinese" rather than "Japanese, Western, and Chinese." This time, I ordered the "Japanese" version. "Ginger grilled set meal (¥850 including tax)" is ready in about 2 minutes. I could hear the sound of a wok, but the cooking was quick... Ginger grilled meat is quite large. There's plenty of meat and onions. I think it's pork shoulder loin, but it's soft and not hard. The ginger in the sauce is not too strong, and the saltiness of the soy sauce and the sweetness of the mirin are well balanced, giving it a mellow taste. I like onions to be a little crunchy, but they were cooked at a high temperature and had a chewy texture, but this one was still delicious. There was plenty of sauce, so the rice went well. The salad was made with shredded cabbage and sesame dressing, and the accompaniment to the ginger grill was also cabbage, so I got a lot of dietary fiber. Small dish of kimchi was just what I wanted, but it wasn't sour and was just delicious. The rice was hard, but there was no problem, and although it was a rice bowl, it was plenty. You can get a refill for free. The miso soup didn't feel overcooked, had a lot of ingredients, and was delicious. The flavor of the almond tofu was not light, but rather a little strong, which was better than at other Chinese Cuisine restaurants. There was also a free cup of coffee, although there was no explanation. I made it myself using a special machine, but it was quite delicious. I drink a lot of coffee in the morning, so I don't drink much at lunch, but this time I had a satisfying espresso. Please feel free to accept it... By the way... ❖It is thought that ginger-yaki was created because ginger was used to suppress the gamey smell of pork. ❖In 1913, the recipe was published in ``200 Tanaka Style Pork Cooking'' by Hiroshi Tanaka, a professor at the University of Tokyo, suggesting that ginger grilling already existed. ❖The commercially popularized example is thought to have originated in the 1945s at Zenigata, Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Ginza, Tokyo, where it was developed as Meat Dishes could be prepared quickly and in large quantities to easily accommodate delivery orders. ❖After that, it gradually became accepted as a side Bento (boxed lunch) in catered lunch boxes and in Cafeterias, and as a menu item for eating out. --- It was voluminous and delicious, and the price and cost performance were also good, so I had the impression that it was suitable for everyday lunch. It made me think that it would be nice if there were more customers, but the location is good right next to Yokoari, so there may be quite a few customers on holidays... The shop is spacious and spacious, so I think it would be a good idea to have some delicious coffee and relax after your meal. Next time, I would like to try Chinese Cuisine and benchmark it as Chinese Cuisine in Shin-Yokohama. I'll go again♪ Thank you for the meal!
