友人のおススメで伺いました
駅近くのこちらは銀行の隣の小路を上がっていくのですが
気づかずに通り過ぎる人が多いです
地元の方でも「知らなかった」と言う人が多いです
お店の前まで来ると
お店から漏れる灯りになんともホッとする雰囲気
店内もさほど広くはありませんが
とても小奇麗なおみせです
あいもりなどがおススメのようですが
今回は天ぷらうどんをお願いしました
うどんはお蕎麦くらいの細麺です
コシがあって美味しいですね
お出汁も甘すぎず大変大変好みの味です！！♪
天ぷらは揚げたてなので熱々♪
火傷注意くらい
板わさで出す蒲鉾なのでしょうか
蒲鉾も美味しいですねっ
他にいらしていたお客さんはお酒も楽しんでいましたね
今回は車なのでお食事だけですが
次回夜だったらお酒もいいですねー

製麺所の佐保多さんのうどんは冷麦のような細さ
太いおうどんは値段が割り増しになるし
時間も少し待つとのこと
とは聞いてはいたのですが
どうしてもそれが食べたいと言っていた旦那のリクエストで
太いうどんを食べに来ました
それなら同じものを注文したほうがよいだろうと
お蕎麦の気分の私もお付き合いです
これが大正解！！！
うどんそのものはそれほど太すぎず
コシも強すぎず
なんともちょうど食べやすいうどんです
美味しいっ
お出汁が美味しくて
その汁より熱々の天ぷらがまたいいっ！！
天ぷらが衣しっかりタイプなので
食べていくうちにその衣が汁と馴染んで
甘味が出てきますね
美味しいわぁ
他も色々と食べてみたいけど
このお出汁をまた食べたくなりそうです
