かまあげうどんを生醤油で。650円、それにチャーシュー丼小鉢380円をいただきました。
最初に書いておきます。うどんより、そばにしておけば良かったかなと反省してます。
まず、かまあげうどんです。どんぶりに湯切りした状態で提供されます。それに、醤油をかけて
たべるのですが、既に湯切りされているため、うどんが、ネチネチしている状態です。
口に入れた時の食感はあまり好ましくなかったです。メニュー選択の失敗です。
チャーシューの小鉢丼はチャーシューを炙っているので香ばしい香りがして、味も良かったです。
やはり、ここは、そばを食べてから評価しないといけませんね、そばの評価は次回掲載します。
