惜しい、頑張ってるのに、車で入りやすいいい店だから
ピザの薄いのとパン風なのを選べるんは素晴らしいけど、トッピングが残念。コスト意識しすぎでしょうか、
でもピザなのに出てくるのが素晴らしく早い。混んでなかったこともあるけど、この速さは驚異的。多少のことは目をつむってもこれだけでも大したもんです。
できればシラスを載せた湘南風パリパリピザなんかあると嬉しい。トッピング大盛り∔200円なんてあれば売り上げにも貢献しませんか？
大きな店ながら店内係さんはミニマム的、かいがいしく働かれて言葉使いも気を使っておられ、言うことないのですけど、そえだけに、あのピザの上が残念、

久しぶりに入りました。店名が変わったのは運営が変わったのか？
何と言ってもひときわ目立つ外観と広い駐車場、高い天井は相変わらずの魅力です。
さて、初々しいフロア掛かりさんいに案内されて、当方はカルボナーラ、相方は悩んだ末のマルガリータとバーニャカウダ。
まずバーニャカウダ1518円 ソースは1回お替り有と嬉しいサービス。野菜は薄目ながらマズマズの種類と鮮度。沸騰してきたソースに付けてパク。 ウン、なんか鰯の匂いが強いというかチーズが薄いというか、オイルシャビシャビなソース。これは食べられるけどお替り要らんなあ。まあコスト管理がしっかりしてるかも。
ピザ1408円登場 おっとこれは私の好みのパリパリ薄手生地！！ シラスは無かったらしい。こんなピザなら是非ともシラスを入れて欲しい。そのためだけに再訪有です。
カルボナーラ1518円 ベーコンはたっぷり。パスタの茹で加減もマズマズ。ただなんか小麦粉っぽいというかイマイチ感は何故か？ 牛乳でごまかしてはいないし、高い卵が足らない訳でもなさそう。これもチーズが足らないかも。係さんが胡椒を大きなミルでかけてくれたけど、胡椒よりチーズが欲しいところ。
追記 ピザは良かったけどカッターの円盤がグラついて切り難かったので係さんにお伝えしたら、爽やかな対応でタブン次回はちゃんとしたのを出してくれそうでした。早く言えばよかったかな
