「わざわざ中華街に行かなくても本格中華が味わえる」と評判の福盈門さんへ。
店内は仄暗い照明で、落ち着きのあるシックな佇まい。
蒸し鶏の葱生姜風味。
鶏肉は柔らかく、葱に絡む胡麻油の風味でさっぱりといただける。
豆苗の炒め。
冬眠のシャキシャキ感とニンニクの風味、クセになる。
ビールが進んじゃって大変。
焼き餃子。
野菜かな？ 餡にほんのり甘みが。
嫌な甘みではない。
スペアリブの黒豆ソース蒸し。
これはちょっと中途半端かな。
不味いわけじゃないけど、食べたことがない不思議な味わい。
もっと大きな肉だったらスペアリブらしいのだけれど。
イカとネギのバター炒め。
バターバターしてなくて意外とさっぱり。
柔らかなイカ、歯応えのあるネギ、バターとニンニク、最強。
これはご飯にかけたいタレ。
海老のチリソース。
甘っ、と思ったら後からピリリと辛い。
海老はもちろんプリップリ。
海老入りニラ焼きまんじゅう。
ニラたっぷり。
皮をかじった瞬間に、中に閉じ込められていた熱々のニラや海老、野菜、肉の旨みが溢れ出す。
〆はワンタン入りつゆそば。
何と言ってもスープが優しい。
海老のすり身が入ったワンタン、皮はツルツル、噛めば海老が口の中で暴れる。
麺は…細麺だったらなぁ。
なるほど、どれも食べやすい味付けで、ほぼハズレなし。
量もほどほどなので、いろんなものが食べられる。
何より、注文してから出てくる速さがいい。
中華街に行くのが面倒だったらまた寄らせていただきたい。
