敬愛するT氏と、祝日のお昼に訪問しました。
頼んだのは、天せいろ(夫、私)、せいろ(娘)、辛みおろし(T氏)です。
天せいろ
お蕎麦、つるつるしこしこ！細めの麺はコシがあって、素晴らしい食感です。蕎麦の風味は強い方では無く、上品な味わい。付け汁はしっかりとした濃いめの味。葱、ワサビの他に、大根おろしも付いてるのが嬉しい。
天ぷらは、衣も多めですが、海老自体も大きい！そして、衣は厚めなのにサクッサクで全く油っこくなく、非常に軽い！
お野菜は海老とは違って、薄めの衣。お野菜自体の味わいが活きてます。
こちらの天ぷら、とても良い！
お蕎麦、天ぷら共に丁寧に堅実に作られていると感じます。
こちらのお店、以前から夫が、いつも並んでると気になっていたようです。
最寄り駅から距離があるので、通うのは難しいですが、今回、行けて良かった。近くにあったら通ってる！
