事前に食べログ経由で予約を入れ、「鶴見葡萄酒酒場」さんに伺いました。
水曜の午後6時、入ってみると先客ゼロ、カウンターでもテーブルでもということで、カウンターへ。
カウンターは4席のみです。
本日予約していたのは、お一人様専用メニューである「ピアットウニコ（Piatto Unico）」3,000円。
火水木限定です。
これは前菜4〜5種にサラダ、パン、メイン（魚または肉）にドリンク1杯が付くというセット。
ウニコ（2つの）ピアット（皿）という意味なんですが、実際はワンプレートでの提供です。
さて最初の一杯はビールがいいけど、セットのドリンクとしてしまうより、高額であるワインをセットにした方がお得なので、お店の方に別料金にしてもらって、キリンブラウマイスター（700円）を注文。
セットのメインは肉（豚バラ肉のロール焼き〜ポルケッタ）も魅力的だったけど、魚（真鰯のパン粉焼き〜ベッカフィーコ）を選択です。
キリンブラウマイスターを飲みながらしばし待ちます。
なにせワンプレートなので、時間のかかる魚料理などすべてが完成しないとお料理の提供はなし。
せめてサラダなんかは事前に作っておいて、先に出してもいいのでは？
と思いつつ待っていると、お料理来ましたね。
なんと華やかな一皿だこと！
例によってメモしないのでせっかく説明いただいたのにご紹介できませんが、あれこれちょっとずつあってどれも美味しいんですよ。
真鰯のパン粉焼きは、野菜やオレンジピールを巻いて焼いてあって、絶妙な塩味がステキです。
ここらで飲み物はワインにします。
グラスのワインは三者択一で、その中から白ワインの「カラレンタ ペコリーノ」を。
かなりフルーティながらちゃんとワインの深い旨みがあるっておもしろいですね。
こういう白ワインは初めてです。
続いてワインの飲み比べ、今度は「ボルハス ドス ロボス ヴィーニョ ヴェルデ」950円。
ポルトガルのワインです。
微発泡のワイン。
すっごく軽やかなんですね。
いくらでも飲めそうな。
締めには本日のパスタ、「鮭とパクチーのエスニックペペロンチーノスパゲティ」（1,500円）。
ハーフもできますということでしたが、せっかくなのでフルサイズでお願いします。
すると、たっぷりの鮭、そしてたっぷりのパクチー。
もはやイタリアンなのかよくわかりませんが、旨いことは確か。
山ほど載ったパクチーが実にいい。
鮭の塩気でその味がまとまったスパゲティ。
こういった変化球、よく思いつきましたね。
お会計は6,150円でした。
しょっちゅう来るわけにはいかないけど、満足度が高かったので、きっとまた来ます。
お店のスタッフは3名さん。
フレンドリーな接客は素晴らしいです。
いいお店ですね。
