JR『鶴見駅』西口を出て、線路沿いを南に歩き5分くらいです。
ガード下などの渋いお店の前を通り、さらに渋い当店に辿り着けます。
事前に外観写真を見てないとわからないですね。
今回が初訪問です。
平日のオープン時間の5時に予約をして伺いました。
カウンター8席くらいのお店で、オープンと同時に4名、その後すぐに2名が来店し、満席手前まで。
要予約のお店です。
店主さんは元力士で、中野区野方の超有名「秋元屋」のご出身。
店名の『たかぎ山』力士時代の四股名だそうです。
料理のメインは串焼きで、5本のおまかせ、その後に追加。
他には、マグロ、低温調理のハラミ・タン・レバー、肉巻き、カクテキ、キムチ、チヂミ、カレー、レバーペースト…
お肉を中心に沢山のメニューがあります。
今回は、
・お任せの串焼き5本
・カクテキ
・キムチ
・牡蠣の肉巻き
・生ビール
・自家製レモンサワー×3
どれもびっくりするほど美味しいです。
串焼きは焼いてる時にアルミホイルを被せて蒸し焼きにされてました。
火が通ってるけど柔らかく、他では食べられない美味しさです。
他にも食べたいメニューが沢山あります。
またすぐに行きたいお店です。
