鶴見で最近出来たお店で、前から行ってみたいと思っていたお店。
なんてったって、A5ランクの肉が食べれるって看板見て行ってみたくて仕方がなかったのです。
ボーナスちゃんも出たことだし、美味しいもの予算を作って、いざ、来店。
店員さんの接客はとても丁寧。
注文は、
チョレギサラダ 680円
特上タン塩 1,280円✕2人前
和牛カルビ 880円✕5人前
トモサンカク 1,280円✕2人前
まる腸 680円✕1人前
上ミノ 780円✕1人前
ユッケジャンスープ 680円
お肉枚数目安は、1人前で約4～5枚とのこと。
脂は牛脂で焼くスタイル。
タレは3種類。
(レモン汁果樹入り、塩、タレ)
軽く炙ってタンを食べる。
柔らかくてうまい。
タン元サイコー。
カルビを食べる。
これまた柔らかい。
トモサンカクを食べる。
これまたまた超絶柔らかくてうまい。
まる腸は、美味しかったけど、求めてる味じゃなかった。
上ミノはコリコリ感うまい。
ちなみに、わたくしは焼く焼き派(笑)
ユッケジャンスープは味が濃厚でここ最近では一番の美味しさ。
ちょっと失敗点。
カルビを頼みすぎました。
かなり、脂身が多くて正直2人前くらいでよかったかも。
たぶん、脂身が多い感じのお店ではロースがちょうどよく、お肉も量が食べれたと思う。
ロース多めの方がよかったかなとちょっぴり、後悔。
色々な部位を楽しみたければコースの方がよいかも。
また最近、鶴見の焼肉店のレベルが上がってきている気がする。
また機会があれば行ってみたいと思います。
