前日に日曜日の17時30分で予約して訪問。
晩飯にしては早かったと思ったのですが、6テーブル中2組がいました。
クーポンで和中カルビとビール、ウーロンハイを注文しメニューで焼き物を探しました。
何回も言っているので確認作業です。
そして、注文は
上タン塩 ¥980
和牛上ハラミ ¥1980
ホルモン3種盛り ¥1380
チョレギサラダ ¥780
を頼みました。
直ぐに注文した料理が届き、バランス良く焼き始めます。
タレ皿は一般的なタレ、塩、レモンの3種。
サービスのカルビは少しサシが多く見えましたが、とろけるように美味しかった。タン塩は焼いてからの塩+レモンでペロリ。上ハラミは肉厚でありハラミ独特の旨味があり最高でした。
追加注文で

たんチャーシュー ¥380
を頼みましたが待っている間にお腹がいっぱいになり
殆ど食べなかったたんチャーシューは持ち帰りました。また近いうちに行きます。絶対に。

日曜日16時。久しぶりにここの焼肉が食べたくなり事前予約をして来ました。
先客は1組4人の家族のみ。その横に通されました。
広い店内。他の席はないのか。
