創業当初からの引き継がれている伝統のもつ煮は、10時間かけてじっくり煮込んだ料理で、不思議と赤ワインとの相性良しですね〜

いよいよ、主役の登場！
累計20万食を超えた！
ビジュアルから美味しいと分かるアツアツのハンバーグステーキ！
ソースは、和風おろし、デミグラス or トマトバジルチーズから選べます。選んだのは伝統のデミグラス！
脇を固めるには、マシュポテト、カボチャ、ブロッコリーとニンジン。
手捏ねされたハンバーグを二つに割ると、肉汁溢れた出し、味わいはジューシーで、めちゃ旨！ですね〜
副菜の野菜達もこの絶品デミグラスソースをたっぷりつけて、特に、甘みたっぷりのニンジンが美味でした！
気になる他メニューも目白押しで、ここはリピート決定ですね〜
ご馳走様でした！
尚、横浜市中央卸売市場にあった頃は、あの矢沢永吉さんがアルバイトをしていたという？伝説の店(笑)でもあるらしいです。
