・魚介のアンサンブル タルタル仕立て
黄金いくらとマイクロハーブ リリコイヴィネグレット
ややゆこれは美味しい！甘海老がめちゃくちゃ新鮮、他の魚介類も鮮度が良くてハーブとヤマメの黄金いくらを乗せて頂くとバルサミコソースに柑橘系を混ぜたソースも清涼感があって美味しかったです♪
・パンはフランスパンとフレンチトーストのような甘さのパンの2種類
・真空調理したマグレカナールを添えた ジェノベーゼリゾット これは鴨胸肉がジェノベーゼのさっぱりとしたリゾットにとてもマッチしていて美味しいメニューです♪
・国産大粒牡蠣のグラチネ 香草パン粉とココナッツベシャメル グラチネ＝グラタン 貝殻型マカロニに牡蠣と白子のグラタンです♪牡蠣の風味が効いていてとても美味しい♪
・大山鷄のフリフリチキンと神奈川県産三浦野菜
大山鷄にハワイアンのフリフリソースを塗って焼いたチキンです♪マンゴーソースでさっぱり！これはかなり濃い味です♪
・ライム風味のホワイトチョコレートムースケーキ
ドラゴンフルーツとベリーのソース
