初訪問。
行列があったのでお店の場所はすぐにわかりました。
前に並んでいた方に習い、1人でたら1人入るのだと理解。
自分の番が来たので、予定してたらーめん…ではなく味玉らーめんの食券を購入。だって味玉入って1,000円以内だったので。
店主1人で切り盛りしてましたが、テキパキ作業されてて黙って見守ります。
着丼した味玉らーめんはチャーシューが4枚？多くない？
スープからいただきましたが、濃厚だけどごくごく飲める。
そしてメンマ美味い！！
チャーシューも厚めなのに柔らかくて、ほろほろ食感。
細麺もコシあって美味しく、味玉もちゃんと味が染みてる。
これで1,000円いかないのかと、コスパの良さに驚きました。
並ぶけど、また行きたいと思う1杯で、大満足でした。ご馳走様でした！
