家系ラーメンの本場、横浜。その中で最近ラーメン激熱エリアである反町・東神奈川にあるラーメン夢さんに行ってきました。
平日13時過ぎでしたが、カウンターのみの席はほぼ満席状態で、後からもひっきりなしにお客さんが来る人気店です。
色々メニューがある中で、自分にピッタリのメニューを発見！
全部のせミニ 1000円
そんなに回数来ないので、トッピングは全て体験したい。その分ラーメンは多少小ぶりが良いという人に最適です。
しばし待つと着丼。キレイな醤油ラーメンです。まずはスープから。
うん、雑味がなくコクのある醤油スープです。美味いです。
トッピングは大ぶりの叉焼、具たっぷりワンタン、煮玉子。このどれもが秀逸で、特に叉焼は箸でホロホロほぐれ、煮玉子は食べたことのない味わいと美味しさです。これだけ美味しいトッピングが乗っていて1000円は激安価格だと思います。
注射器に入っている煮干しオイルを入れると全く違うラーメンになり、濃厚な魚介スープに変化します。
家系ラーメンの食後の罪悪感？もなく、きっとまた食べたくなるラーメンだろうなと思いながらお店を出ました。
