出張のついでといえば何ですが、娘と熟成肉にチャレンジしてきました。
コースを注文して、いろんな部位を頂戴しましたが、タンには明らかな差がありました。
これを味としてうまみが深いと表現すべきなのかわかりかねますが、その他の肉も指定された調味料で美味しく頂けました。個人的にはもう少しボリュームがあってもいいかと思いました。
その日のお腹具合やが体調にも大きく左右され、どう的確に表現すべきなのかという点も焼肉は毎度評価が難しいなぁと感じる所です。映えを意識されたプレートはこの体液がどうにかならないかと思いました。ご馳走様でした。
