横浜駅の鶴屋町の北側と言えばあまり開発されてないエリアでしたが
近年、CIALのビルが建ったり、オシャレなお店が増えたり再開発されています。
その一角にモダンな飲食店ビルが竣工し、その5階にお店を構える『鶴屋はなれ』さんにお邪魔してきました。
こちら平日18時までにお邪魔すると
おでんが一部100円だったり、アルコールがハッピーアワー料金でお得に楽しめます。
ちなみに今回17時半にお邪魔しましたが、19時のピーク時になると平日にも関わらず満席大盛況で驚きました。
早速、本日頂いたお料理を紹介します。
◾️お通し
とびっこのプチプチがアクセントになった新鮮なお寿司
山芋のとろろと山葵醤油が間違いない
お通しからこだわりの一品で満足でした。
◾️おでん各種
こちらなんと18時までどれも100円でお求め頂けます。
しっかりと味が染み込んで熱々で楽しめました。
◾️特選生馬刺し
新鮮な馬刺しが楽しめます。そのまま食べても美味しく癖のなく厚みのある馬刺しでした。
特注のタレやニンニク生姜などで楽しめます。
◾️漬物
可愛いプレートに盛られた3種のお漬物は色鮮やかで、箸休めにもピッタリです。
◾️おでん出汁ぶっかけ鶏天
揚げ物にも関わらずおでん出汁であっさり楽しめ、青海苔と一緒にあげられてアクセントになっていて美味しいです。
◾️和牛×鰻ミルフィーユドッグ
和牛と鰻が重なり合ってた豪華絢爛な一品
海苔を巻いて贅沢に一口で食べると旨みが口に広がります。山葵がアクセントになっています。
◾️はんぺんのオマール海老ソースがけ
はんぺんは焼きではなく温めた状態にオマール海老ソースがかけてありました。
オマール海老は重くならずに濃厚さだけ残した食べやすくまとめあげられています。
◾️ひと口和牛ユッケ寿司
寿司と聞いて海苔で巻かれていると思いきや、レンゲに乗せられまさに一口で食べるタイプでした。
噛み応えのたる和牛が秀逸でした。
◾️エイヒレの炙り焼き
王道のおつまみのエイヒレの炙り焼き、程よい柔らかさを残したタイプです。
マヨネーズと一味で美味しく頂けます。
◾️たこわさび
山葵で辛めに仕上げられており、一つ一つのタコがコリコリして質が高めでした。
◾️バニラアイス
ただのバニラアイスだけでなく、ベリーや生クリームが添えられおりました。
◾️アルコール
生ビール、焼酎ソーダ割、ハイボールを頂きました。こちらも18時までハッピーアワー価格で楽しめてお得でした。
