JR横須賀線保土ヶ谷駅近くにあるラーメン屋さんです。
⚫︎葱チャーシュー並(1170円)
スープはクリーミーで円やかな正統派家系のスープ。豚骨の風味は豊かですが嫌味なく。
麺は家系は切れやすいのもあるけどそんな事なくもちもち且つ締まってます。
具はチャーシュー・葱・ほうれん草とうずらの卵。
葱の豆板醤が適度に刺激して美味いなあ。
ニンニクは敢えて入れなくてもパンチは充分ありました。
ラーメンにしては少しお値段高めで内装に野暮ったさがありますがラーメンのお味そのものはかなり好みでした。特にスープが気に入った(^-^)v
つけ麺も人気のようで食べに来ます。
